Frequently Asked Questions
A: We require a first payment of 25% of the balance to secure the date of your event. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
A: Absolutely! The booth is set up to automatically print 2 images, but if more copies are needed the photo booth attendant can print more copies for you.
A: Yes! After your round of photos, you'll find an email button on the screen so that you can send your pictures to your email inbox. Also, the event hosts will receive digital copies of all of the images taken at the event.
A: Of course! You'll want to make sure it's at least 10 ft x 10ft in dimension. But if in case you decide to use one of our standard backdrops, we have gold, silver, gold champagne, black sequin, white sequin, and white.
A: We usually only need an hour to set up and can arrive 2 hours before the service start time. If you need us to get there sooner, we can work something out. Just let us know while we go through your agreement with you.
A: Yup. We have a bunch of fun, standard wedding and event props on hand, but if you want to mix in some of your event-specific props, just give them to the attendant during the event. We'll return them to you at the end of the night.
